This website is for Stacey Vye’s Saitama University students, former students, or anyone who wants to improve their English language skills and find out more about Stacey’s career and passion for teaching and learning.

Stacey Vye, EdD, is the director and professor of the Center for English Education and Development (CEED) at Saitama University and is interested in exploring reflection, learner confidence, self-efficacy, intercultural communication, and learner and teacher autonomy in language education. She was an adjunct professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, with a Master’s in TESOL from the Japan Campus. She holds a doctorate in education from the University of Southern California (USC), Rossier School of Education, in the Organizational Change and Leadership program.
