Summary: The student(s) worked hard by rehearsing their presentation with the projector to work on timing and areas to improve the presentation.
Presentation Information not in the guidelines:
1. Each presentation should be about eight minutes and two minutes for question and comment time.
2. There are usually 14 to 16 slides in your PowerPoint slide show.
3. Each image you use should mention what website (not the URL, but the name) you got your content to give credit.

1. Please prepare for your slideshow presentation on 11/17/2021. The guidelines that you also received in class for assessment are attached at the bottom of this web page :). As best you can, design your slides for PowerPoint, based on the feedback from your paper. Make sure that you have a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. Then if you have time, continue to make your slideshow draft on your computer, and we can work on it in class. You are trying to get all of the content of your slideshow, but you do not need to have all of your images at design finished. It is best to do as much as you can.

Summary: First, you completed the discussion questions about your motivation to learn English to get ideas for writing your paper. See the question items in the attachment in the file section of this class 09. Then, we looked at the structure of more papers to prepare for your report.

1. Please take notes on Class 09 L2 motivational self system document in your Google Doc based on your answers to the “Motivational Self System Question Generator.” These reflective notes you can type in three sections of the language learning experiences, your ought-to self, and your ideal self that is useful for your L2 motivational self system report and final presentation. Please only choose three questions to answer for each of the three sections. Please try to type in double space if you can (nigyo retsu).
Future notes about the report and not homework for today: One section is for the readings you want to put in your paper, defining the L2 motivational self system with the authors’ last name and date. The second section is about your language learning experience, the third is for writing about your ought-to self, and the fourth is for your future English ideal self.
